Play the Beauty and the Beast Best Guess game to give your brain a workout! The game involves five well-known characters from the castle: Mrs. Potts, Chip, Lumiere, Cogsworth and the Featherduster. You can play a game with three or four pegs, and that’s precisely how many characters you have to guess!

The game works like this: Belle and the Beast are thinking of three (or four, depending on your game mode) characters. A character can appear in the sequence more than once. You have to guess the sequence by dragging any 3 or 4 characters with your mouse from the left-most column into the bottom row. If you change your mind, pick a different figure and place it over the wrong one. All set? Click GO.

Try to figure out how to connect the dots

Two things will happen. The black dots on the left of each row will light up, and Belle will tell you, in the panel on the left, how many characters you’ve placed right and how many you’ve put wrong. The dots convey the same information. A blue dot means the correct figure in the right place, a red dot indicates the right character in the wrong place, and an empty dot means you haven’t found that character yet. You are not told which characters are correct.

Take your next guess by dragging characters into the next row up. You have up to ten tries to guess which are the right characters and which is their correct order. Is luck on your side, or are you just really, really smart?

Can you win the game that Belle and her prince have set for you?
