C.A.R.’s Daring Detour is a fun game for those who like obstacle courses. You play as Riley and Todd, whose lives are pretty great. Today they are preparing to go on a new adventure with their car while enjoying a beautiful sunny day. On their road, they have to collect some coins to gain points and obtain a high score. Join them and have some enjoyable experience together with the Daring brothers!

Being raised by a secret agent and a stuntman with a knack for Sci-Fi tech will do. But sometimes, that combination can yield unexpected results. Dick Daring has just made some modifications to C.A.R.T.E.R., and now the kids get to go for a ride in their new and improved vehicle.

How yo play the game

Driving the car is not a hard thing to do. You can use the up arrow key to get the car up, and if you press the up arrow key twice, the vehicle will fly. When you press the down arrow key, the car will bend down.

On the road, there will be obstacles, but fear not! With this upgrade, they are more than able to handle everything. An object in your path comes in three sizes. It can be short, medium height, or tall. You have to use the arrow keys to help Todd and Riley duck under, stretch over, or fly above them. At the same time, try to collect green, yellow, orange, or red tokens for points.

If you can’t move fast enough, you can use the space-bar key to destroy an object in front of you as long as it’s a rock, a wooden board, or a balloon. Metal obstacles like water towers can’t be destroyed, and everything you hit is going to damage your car. But don’t worry! Some red tokens have a wrench on them and will help you fix C.A.R.T.E.R. 

Useful Tips and Tricks

Every now and then you’ll notice that the car will start flying while a bonus mode begins. While in the bonus mode, there are no obstacles in your way, only a lot of coins. Try to add as many as possible to your score, because the bonus time is limited! At the end of the day, the main goal of the game is to gain as many points as possible, before the car will get too damaged.

While you’re flying, you might also find a golden token, which will send you soaring through the sky and collecting the other color tokens for a huge bonus!

When C.A.R.T.E.R. is all the way broken, the game’s over. Try as much as you can to have a high score and at the same time, do not forget to have a good time while you drive the Daring’s car. We are sure that Riley and Todd would love to have your company on their way.
